Vehicle registration and formalities

Paperwork is our daily routine, so we take that weight off your shoulders. We offer full support in the registration process for cars imported from Japan (and beyond).

Full registration service

From preparing the documents to collecting the license plates at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Certified expert opinions

We cooperate with certified appraisers. We prepare the "White Cards" (Białe Karty) required for vintage registration (yellow plates) as well as valuations for excise tax purposes.

Translations

Certified translations of Japanese, German, and other documents.

Technical inspections

We prepare the car and conduct the initial technical inspection in the country (the so-called "zero inspection").

EU Conversions and Multimedia

Our offer includes:

  • Lighting adaptation: Modification or replacement of headlights (from LHD to RHD traffic patterns) and installation of a rear fog light.
  • Radio and navigation conversion: Tuning the radio frequencies (Japan has a narrower band) to the European standard.
  • Modern Multimedia: Installing the Polish menu, updating maps, and integrating Apple CarPlay / Android Auto in newer models. We will make the Japanese infotainment system "speak" to you in Polish.

Auto Detailing – Cars & Motorcycles

Japanese cars are well-maintained, but we make them look like new. Our detailing studio will bring out the depth of color and protect your vehicle for years to come. We offer these services for both cars and motorcycles.

Our services

  • Paint correction: Multi-stage polishing to remove scratches and oxidation.
  • Protection coatings: Application of hard waxes, ceramic, or elastomeric coatings.
  • Interior detailing: Upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning and conditioning (especially important for youngtimers).
  • Pre-sale preparation: If you want to sell your car for a profit, we will professionally prepare it for photo sessions and viewings.

Vehicle logistics & transport

Logistics safety is our priority. Whether the car has been in an accident or is a valuable collector's classic – we will deliver it to the specified location.

  • Domestic and international transport: We have our own fleet of tow trucks and cooperate with trusted carriers.
  • Door-to-Door Transport: We collect the car from the port (e.g., Bremerhaven) and deliver it straight to your home or workshop.
  • Insurance: Every transported load is fully insured (Carrier's Liability Insurance).
